Gillian Wright is a Senior Associate at Craddock Murray Neumann and has practised in family law, de facto relationships, and general litigation matters since 1982, specialising in family law for 20 years. She has experience across broad legal fields including matters under the Family Provision Act, Probate and estates, insolvency and trade practices. Gillian has conducted a large number of matters in the Family Court and Federal Courts of Australia, the Supreme and District Courts and in mediations and arbitrations. She has presented papers on various family law subjects including the assistance of litigants suffering from mental incapacity and procedural issues. Gillian is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Women Lawyers' Association of NSW Inc. She is also admitted to practise in the ACT.
