This will only appear if the page is secure and encrypted. Your card details are not recorded by, or visible to AussieLegal, or any other party.

AussieLegal may record some traffic statistics to help us monitor the efficiency of our website. AussieLegal will never sell, share, loan or trade information relating to these statistics with any unrelated parties.

Refund Policy

AussieLegal is committed to providing you with up-to-date products and services. If any AussieLegal Kit does not reflect recent changes in the law, or you misunderstood its application, we will replace it immediately with an up-to-date kit, or a kit which is appropriate to your circumstance. If you have purchased a PLUS kit which includes assistance by AussieLegal through its panel of independent law firms, and discover it is not applicable to your circumstance, let us know and we replace it or refund the purchase price, less an appropriate credit card processing fee. This is on the condition that our member law firms have not commenced their review and advisory process.

Please call us on 1300 728 200 if you are unsure about any DIY kit as we are unable to provide a refund once they have been sent.
