        BFA PLUS - How It Works...

1.) ORDER: Select State and download or order by post, secure payment by credit card.
2.) BFA PLUS: Complete the questionnaire and return to AussieLegal by email, fax or post.
3.) DRAFT AGREEMENT: Your BFA will be drafted and emailed to you for your review.
4.) FINAL DRAFT: After changes, we will send the final draft to your solicitors for checking.
4.) LEGAL ADVICE: Your solicitors will contact each of you directly to discuss your BFA.
4.) CERTIFICATION: Your solicitors will issue certificates to each party.
4.) SIGNING: After receiving the certificates, you then sign the BFA before a JP.
