My current supervisor has been calling me a faggot at work. This has happened several times now. What should I do?

I'd be making a complaint to the owner of the company or the next person above your supervisor if a large organisation. I'd do this in writing and keep a copy, I'd be listing the dates and times in my complaint.

If the supervisor was not reprimanded and forced to give me an apology, I'd be forwarding details to fair work Australia.
