Implicit / Explicit Approval
Topic: Implicit / Explicit Approval

If a purchaser (not vendor) condition was subject to build completion within a time period, except where approval for an extension is given by the purchaser, can the vendor arbitrarily cancel the contract if the extension is not explicitly given before the end of the period?
Is there any precedence for the interpretation of when ongoing approval is implicitly applied in the absence of a explicit approval (i.e. when there has been repeated indications the purchaser requires the contract be completed)?
