457 Visa Sponsorship

Hi Guys, I am new here and need your help to get answer to a doubt I have.
What happens if my sponsor (457 visa ) withdraws my nomination application without my knowledge?
This has happened as I have not paid him money and there was some other personal matter where I have not supported him (as it was not legal). my question is that:
can he withdraw nomination application without my knowledge?
Can the immigration lawyer withdraw my nomination without my knowledge (as I am their client and have signed the agreement with them)
can I claim any compensation from the sponsor as he has already taken a few thousand from me in various occasions
Appreciate you feed back as I am now on Bridging C visa with my family and looking for options to stay legally in Australia.
