Please excuse me a little as I am new to this. I wondered if any one who has a workplace injury and has been told that the law has changed where the employer is no longer liable for negligence knows of any other avenue to take. I feel that I have a legitimate case of serious neligence but dont know what to do. Im told that I have to settle for whatever Workcover payout at the end. Is there anyone else in this situation.
