my sister was appointed as the executrix of our father's estate for which all the siblings are equal beneficiaries at the death of our mother whenever that may be.

On the titles of the properties to be sold on our mother's death, my sister's name only is recorded.

My sister has now made a will that in the event of her death, her husband (new) and her son are to be joint executors of all her estate.

Will this mean that in the event of her death that her husband and son are entitled to administer our deceased father's estate?
