I'm 17 and have been working at a pharmacy for the past 2 yrs.  Just recently I was dismissed because the pharmacy wanted to hire someone younger to do my job for cheaper. I was being paid the same rate most of the time I was there, and only just recieved a pay rise because I turned 17. I was wondering if this is a fair dismissal or not.  Any help would be wonderful.
