Not sure what to do . We sold some items on social media. Buyer, continually changed times to pick up, well outside of times we offered to collect, but never collected . This has been on going for 10 days now. Buyer made a part payment by bank transfer. Items for sale are perishables . We asked on several occasions for buyers bank details so we can refund the part payment and explained why we could no longer hold the items. buyer refuses to respond to messages or give bank details. We have now sold the items . Where do we stand if the buyer turns up and demands the items ? If we go to our bank can they refund the payment. This really has us quite stressed.
