Hi i renovated my unit in late 2016 this included tiling over the top of existing floor tiles and balcony floor tiles. I gave general notice via email of the renovation beginning, beforehand. No further info was requested. I live on the top floor and my balcony takes more water than others. They have previously had a water issue about 12 years ago from this balcony. Late 2018, after the building was painted, there has been a small drip coming from my balcony that seems to be weeping from underneath the tiles. One owner has now suggested a special resolution due to me re-tiling over the top, do i have to do this? Thanks
