I am a systems xyst worked at a big business for 1.5 years had a new boss come on board 4 months ago and has been working against me. I have now been suspended due to a piece of code in the first line of a piece of software we both use. I did not put this code in and it doesnt have anything to say who put it in there. The boss who acccused me was the one to find this "evidence" while I was suspended, he was also the one to come and grab my it equipment off me and has been in charge of the investigation

My question is whether this has been handled correctly so far and if I am fired for this code if I have unjust termination standing
