My wife's solicitor has asked that I prepare an affidavit for upcoming family court proceedings but I have no idea what to put in it, what is relevant etc apart from more recent events which I have? Unfortunately I could not attend the appointment. I know this is kind of vague but can someone point me in the right direction, give me a place to start?
