We have a trial coming up, but the ICL has issued subpoenas to thrid parties so late, they don't need to get the subpoena's into the court until after the trial date.
How can this parenting and financial settlement actually settle on the scheduled trial date if there are outstanding subpoenas?
It seems the matter will be pushed out even further? I am confused.
