Criminal law, traffic matters, DUI, assault, theft, fraud
Whoa, Tink, thats a lot of money, I am worried about me and I only stole 6K 2nd offence. Guessing you are a gambler ? and what do you do to have access to so much money ?. I am not a legal eagle, but I could go to jail for 6K, so I guess you haven't got a chance of keeping out of jail, which is sad, have you been to see someone about your "addiction"?. A five year stint must of seemed like forever, so why do it again?
Somedays there wuld be $80k in cash and i would be the one who had to balance up all the money. What started off as very small amounts such as $500- $1k then got bigger and bigger until it got out of control. I am being counselled now, have been thrown in a psychiatric hospital for 3 weeks and have my medication changed 3 times now. I just want to know what sort of sentence to expect and I guess the only way to stop doing what I did is to completely stay out of that work which I will be doing and I hope the judge enforces that too.
Im in WA and back then 5 years meant u did 1/3 in jail, 1/3 on parole and if u did not stuff up parole then they wiped the last 1/3, so i only did 14 mths - i got out 6mths earlier for good behaviour. Its pretty scary going to jail when you are sentenced. If u took $6k as a 2nd offence I wuld say u will get a community based order. What state r u in?
Well we could start with these questions first:
How long have you been out of jail?
How long ago was your last conviction?
You say that you are a kleptomaniac? Have you been diagnosed as such?
Are you currently undergoing any treatment for such?
And did you make any statements to anyone regarding this?

I was arrested and charged in DEC 01 and sent to jail in FEB 02, released from jail 1.4.03, i never put a foot wrong for a few years until about 2006 when i started stealing again, so had been out of jail 3 yrs before i started stealing again. Convicted 1.2.02. Yes i have been diagnosed as a kleptomaniac and am under going intensive treatment with psychologist and psychiatrist. I have already been arrested and charged for the 2nd offence and go back to court soon.
I think what he means is that nothing can be permanently deleted from the internet. Martin has edited your post to remove your e-mail and phone number but if you enter your e-mail address into a google search the original post you made will still show up.
If someone were able to enter the e-mail address in a search engine, then obviously they would already know it.
I don't think he posted his address & phone number
