I have finally received a copy of our Strata Management Agreement, we are only 4 units, our
Presiding Officer has signed this document "on behalf of the S.C. Corporation XXXX".
One thing I noticed that each page had on the "bottom", a place which stated -
initial ---
there were no initials on any of the pages, is this document still legal?
One assumes that each page "should" be initialled, as well as the signature "block"
