We are a private company with two shareholders both parties have executed a shareholders agreement. One of the shareholders is selling all their equity to a third party. For the Shareholders Agreement to continue be valid does the incoming shareholder need to sign the Shareholders Agreement or is the Shareholders Agreement still valid as it is effectively linked to that transferred (sold) shareholding?
