I work in a position that require me to work nights only (for the past 4 years) and have applied for a day position at the same level and have been sucessful. The position is however a tempororay one year contrach pending further funding.

My employer (Queensland Health) has been supportive in the past with other employees with secondments while their current positions were backfilled allowing them the ability to return to this position.

What are my rights regarding this?
