I have been scammed on gumtree. i bought an iphone for $240 off a seller on gumtree. i paid him through bank deposit, i got all his details, name, acc no, bsb etc. he said he would send me the phone tomorrow. lost all contact with him after that. won't respond to email, mobile,sms. its been a while now so im just wondering if i have a legal case here?
