1. If there two single storey houses (terraces) built together on one lot, and the lot is subdivided to separate the terraces, what are the rules for subdividing the shared walls? (The front shared wall is a 230mm double leaf brick wall and the rear shared wall is a single leaf brick wall).

2. How should it be subdivided if the owner who is subdividing wants the properties to be separate after subdivision (no shared walls)?
