  Hi all,

I am currently on sick ( stress ) leave having only used up one week of an accrued 10 wks.. Due to ill health I am unable to return to my current place of employment.

 My question is.. Can I give 2 weeks notice whilst remaining on sick leave and still receive my entitlements.
