Hi everyone,

Recently I have been issued a ‘Reckless Driving’ charge.

I was in a public council car park in my 4wd going around in circles to get my car filthy in the dirt.

I see this charge rather over board due to it being in a council private car park with no one around and just dirt playing with my 4wd.

It was a park reserve area, and where I did the offence it was in a car park area near the public reserve area.

Is a reserve area/public oval parking considered public road or is it private use to the car park being owned by the council?

Thank you
