A month ago, I was given a quote for a new computer including setup and data transfer. It's taken a long 4 weeks for this to happen due to the poor communication from the provider of the service. Very frustrating. Today, he has submitted a bill double the quote price. There was absolutely no discussion at any time about a change to the quote price. Where do I stand?
