You must visit you doctor right away, not only for the sake of your own health but for the sake of the health of all those with whom you are in contact.
Loss of visa is the least of your worries, you can always claim that you believed the treatment you had received had cured the condition, but go and see a doctor right away.

Thanks for your reply.
This is extra-pulmonary TB(outside of lungs) which is non-contagious . So no one around me is at risk. I agree that health should be the primary concern. However the work visa is also very important for me and I don't want to lose it. When I came here, my culture test was negative which means no TB that's why i did not check the TB checkbox on the visitor card. Will the immigration listen to my arguments at all or will they straightaway cancel my VISA. Could you please suggest. Hope you understand.
You are going to be found out anyway so go an see a doctor right away, by doing this you will show immigration that you are a responsible person and once you realised that the treatment that you received in your own country had not cured the problem you took all responsible steps right away.
Try and hide it and you certainly will lose your visa.
