If a property settlement has happened prior to divorce, or the parties entered into a. Binding financial agreement, is it then possible for either party to try for more once the divorce happens?
Within the 12 month time frame after divorce? For example, one person believes the other has accumulated assets since the original settlement, they divorce two years later. Does this give them a second chance at asking for more?
