Hi all
Hoping somebody can assist here.

I have recently had promotion within the company which resulted in signing a new contract with the new job title. This new position came with a pay increase.

So I have now decided to seek employment elsewhere and have handed in my resignation giving 2 weeks notice but can my employer put me back on the salary i was on before promotion, can they do this? If so, i will loose out on a weeks pay and over 100+ hrs holiday pay.
