Hi
My father has been living with me since his accident, I am his enduring power of attorney, I do all his banking and keep every dollar of his accounted for.
Lately a brother of mine visited my father and while I was out for a few hours, he looked through my house and found my fathers bank book took the details and passed it on to another brother, who has lodged a case in VCAT wanting to see proof of all the accounts, while I have every dollar accounted for that was withdrawn on my fathers request, i would like to know if the first brother had a right to do what he did, and can this information be permitted in court?
