I need someone to point me in the right direction. My child is attending a tutoring school where 40 children are grouped in a small office room. They are so crowded that there is no realistic way for a child to go to the restroom if needed. Obviously, in case of emergency, there is a possibility of panic and stampede. It does not take an expert to realise that building was not designed for 40 people per room. There are several classes, all equally densely populated. Most likely I am simply not going to send my child there any more. However, there is more children at risk and I feel that it is not OK to just walk away making sure that only my child is safe. I went on Fire and Rescue website, however they recommend to contact local council. How to approach this issue, can you point me in right direction.
