If Question 2 was ticked yes relating to abuse of a child & or or a yes for Question 3 relating to family violence then the first thing to happen is normally a welfare agency is notified

If ticked yes, then the allegations should be in the application filed..

I am a man, my ex ticked the family violence box. I think all women tick that box. It made no difference to me at all. I have always cared for my kids on a regular basis, I even got care awarded for a child I have not cared for, for a period of 6 months.

I believe its just something the courts need to be aware of, in the event you are violent and the court orders the children live with you at a later date only to be violently abused by you.
