I purchased outright a Nokia 11oo mobile phone. During the warantee it started giving problems. There have been 5 visits to the service company which continues to co-operate, but faults still appear and I'm tired of returning it. Now the Telstra shop in Toowong where I bought it wants to continue down this path of multiple returns for repair. I have asked the shop to consider any other remedy including a new phone in a box, but the general manager is "comfortable" with his refusal. What reasonable options do I have?
