Hi everyone
I am working as security officer on casual contract from last 6 month same hrs (48) same place and when i joined the company they promised they'll give me same hrs and same roster but now when i asked them about my days off ( 1 week) because we are expecting baby in August my company starts playing with me they told when I'll come back I'll not get same roster or hrs if i wants to work i can or i should leave, So my question is it unfair dismissal and can i do anything about it or not? Your advise will be really appreciated.
