I had raised issues of harrassment and bullying about my boss. He being a senior person, the HR undertook a sham investigation and gave him a clean chit on all but one count. They changed my reporting line manager. After about 6 weeks, under a mass redundancy program, my position has been made redundant. My union lawyers initial advice was that even if we go to FWC no much will come out. My employer is willing to pay my notice pay + severance pay and wants me outttt... my earlier boss is still there and his bullying continues with others! those who left and complaint about him yet nothing happened!

 

What to do?
