You can make an application in a case for interim orders pertaining to time spent with the kids..

Collect any hard evidence you have of her refusal to allow the normal contact & annex it to your supporting affidavit...

When she keeps the kids from you it becomes the norm and the situation gets much worse.

Take matters into your own hands.

Go into school 2 hours before shool finishes and collect all your kids early then enjoy the time with your kids.

When she calls the Police, she will lie and tell them your kids are crying and distressed because they want their Mum. Police will come to the door and talk to the kids. So long as the kids say they want to spend time with Dad, you won't have a problem.

The last bit only applies to women, the police won't do that for a man, they just leave them with Mum and won't even knock on her door.

Police will also harass you becasue according to Deluth, the Man is always the cause of perpetrator of Family Violence. Just tell the Police that you have an application in Federal Court to resolve these matters and end the conversation early.

The poster needs to exercise caution with this approach. He needs to notify the school that he is collecting the kids & should notify the mother via text or email as well, even if after collection to alleviate undue concern & so police can be shown that he has done so should they be called

Not always... This post is an example of a man who has taken out an AVO on the woman.

In my experience, courts issue interim AVO to almost anybody who applies.. It just so happens that the vast majority are taken out by women or on their behalf
