This is an issue that you would have to ask the Police, as they have contacted you. The real estate agency can't make that decision as they would need to know the law. The Police would be well aware of what you can and can't do. Usually, with an AVO, the address is only on there because the other party lives there. It is more about the other party than the address. Once that person no longer lives there, then it should be ok for you to enter the premises. However, check with the Police in the first instance.
