On my separation letter it states due to these circumstances i am being terminated.

  1. creating fradulent contracts resulting in a Loss to the company of $30,000 in doing so trying to increase my commission,
  2. Dishonest during Investigation process 
  3. Failed to act in the best interests of the company

And on the bottom it says I am in breach of Company policies and procedures, and as my behaviour falls short of the company values as a result they have lost the trust and confidence to continue with my employment.

I am worried that they may escalate this further and take this to court and be charged for fraud and get a crimical record.

Will the company have an obligation to tell me if they do take this to the police?
