On my separation letter it states due to these circumstances i am being terminated.
- creating fradulent contracts resulting in a Loss to the company of $30,000 in doing so trying to increase my commission,
- Dishonest during Investigation process
- Failed to act in the best interests of the company
And on the bottom it says I am in breach of Company policies and procedures, and as my behaviour falls short of the company values as a result they have lost the trust and confidence to continue with my employment.
I am worried that they may escalate this further and take this to court and be charged for fraud and get a crimical record.
Will the company have an obligation to tell me if they do take this to the police?
Thanks for the help.
