Wills, probate, letters of administration, powers of attorney
the executor of a will has occupied the property of the departed for two years without paying rent.

his two siblings as well as he have equal share of the estate but after two years he refuses to sell the property so that each can have their share as per the will.

as the executor is refusing to sell because he would like to remain in the property can the matter be referred to Vecat .

it would appear that he is not acting as he should.
