My father died and his company was liquidated and I commneced a new company in his premises.  The premises we are leasing was contracted under his company name and I was never requested to sign a new lease of any sort and advised it would be on a month to month basis.  Now we would like to move due to financial hardship however the lease in the liquidated companies name is not up until October 2005.  Does our company have any leagal obligations to this lease.  We are going to provide adequate notification and we are paid until the end of the month.

Thank you for your advice.

Kind regards
