Hi all, my question relates to a friend who was recently hired by a company to do "commission only sales" in the Home Improvements industry. The friend's contract makes out that this person is supposedly a "contractor". However, all leads are supplied by the company, which also supplies business cards and covers for work related accident & injury.

The friend had some flexibility - made own appointments etc but was required to do certain things according to the company rules. My view is this is not a true "contractor" role but my friend is instead is more likely an employee. Your thoughts please?
