Hi, I am selling my house, have engaged a licenced realtor, nothing unusual. Yesterday he presented me with a Cashback Agreement where the Purchase price is 60K more than the balance that I will receive. This inflates the value of the property, and could mean a misrepresentation to the finance company by the buyer.
Is this legal? Smells a bit dodgy to me. Should I report it? To whom should I report it?
