 Hello,

First time posting and all......hoping someone is able to shed some light here....

OK....we were always of the understanding that to be arrested for a driving charge ie: Disqualified Driving- you had to be arrested in the car behind the wheel. Once you were out of the vehicle and actualy not driving ( say parked the car and were in your house!) that the Police then had no power to actualy arrest you?

Is this correct? Would apprecite a speedy response here ....as if we're right then we have some serious complaining to do!

Cheers,Zenergi
