Does anyone have any advice on buying a property in a trust in Qld?
what type of trust/structure is the best to set up to help buy your kids a property when they are studying at Uni, no deposit , but could afford to be renting it back , and eventually taking over a owners/beneficiaries one day ? not married but in a stable relationship ( for now) so important to protect for each one their share of what they have put in? Parent wants to act as bank as they have no way fo getting a loan at this stage...
