In a divorce application parties have to establish each of their contributions to the marriage. The financial agreement (Aussie term for the American "pre-nup") can provide evidence but so are other things like transactions, receipts etc. So no you are not "screwed" if you can prove your contributions. The key point is that you should keep good records.
Of course the way the trust structure is set up also affects. I assume your lawyer will tell you more about that.
