Several weeks ago, my unit group held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) the minutes of our last AGM were tabled,  all that was recorded was "The Minutes of the General Meeting held on 18/4/2019, be accepted as a true and accurate record".

Motion Carried.

At the AGM in question, there was tabled a list of a list of defects/maintenance issues, effecting our unit group, nothing has been done to explain, why there has been no start on the list of defects/maintenance issues.

I was advised that there should have been included in the minutes of the EGM, a heading "Business arising from the Minutes".

As it now stands, the list of defects/maintenance issues, have been "cancelled" and no record will appear when we have our AGM, later in the year!
