Hello,
I have purchased an item for a person with a promised to be given something in return.
That person had broken the promise but still keeps the item.
Unfortunately the promise was verbal but I have physical evidence of me purchasing the item.
Is there any way I can do to get the item to be returned to me or make the other person legally liable for broken the promise?
Thank you
