One of the requirements of the court to grant bail is that you will be where you are supposed to be at any given time, that is, follow the requirements of your bail and report when you are supposed to and turn up to court when you are supposed to. Not doing any or all of these things could land you in custody. The onus is on the individual to make sure they are following their bail conditions, not the court and not the Police. The best possible scenario in this instance is to find a local lawyer to your area that knows the court you are attending as they may know the magistrates and what they will or won't accept. They will also be able to give you accurate advice within the law.
