My mother died in February and I was a beneficiary.  Today I received a copy of her will from one of the Executors saying that probate had already been granted.  The will was clearly not written or even understood by my mother who was 88, blind, and only "with it" at certain times.   I rang the solicitors who wrote it but naturally they are very defensive and said all other previous wills had been destroyed.  I know she was coerced but how can it be proved now?  Are the executors acting legally by having probate granted before informing beneficiaries?  This is in Canberra by the way.
