My three sons' father passed away. No will has been found. The father did not see his eldest son. His 2 brothers only want to give the eldest 10%. And divide the rest between them selves.
Sometimes I see law notices in the paper, but it is hard for me to read papers . These law notices ask for creditors or next of kin regarding claims on estates. I tried to find things on the internet.
I have seen Victorian Gazettes on the internet asking also for creditors or next of kin regarding claims on estates.
As the 2 youngest already had lots of money help from their father when he was still alive, (as long as they did not see me,) and also legally I think the eldest should have 1/3. It was not his fault that his father did not want to see him.
How do I know when the deceased's name is in a victorian gazette and or newspaper? Or help the eldest ?
