Handling Probate Plus
Before the assets of the deceased can be distributed to the beneficiaries, the executor may be required to apply to the Supreme Court for a Grant of Probate. This is a document that the executor will use to get access to assets such as a bank account, shares in a company or real estate.

For only $400.00 independent solicitors will do all the hard work and prepare the application to the Supreme Court on your behalf.

This service is provided by independent solicitors and includes:
  • a review of the will and any other supporting documentation;
  • the preparation of all probate application forms on behalf of the executors; and
  • answers to any questions or requisitions from the Supreme Court.
  • Please note: Court filing fees and advertising costs are excluded.
How does it work?

  • We will send you (by email or by post) background information and a Fact Find form.
  • Return the completed Fact Find and a copy of the Will and Death Certificate.
  • Independent solicitors will prepare all relevant application forms, affidavits and letters.
  • The forms will be returned to the executor(s) for signing and witnessing.
  • The executor(s) would then place the advertisement in a newspaper.
  • After 14 days of the publication of the ad, the executor(s) would then submit the application to the Registrar.
  • AussieLegal will also assist with responses to any requisitions from the Court.
