| How does it work? |

form.
- Return the completed Fact Find and a copy of the Will and Death
Certificate.
- Independent solicitors will prepare
all relevant application forms, affidavits and letters.
- The forms will be returned to the executor(s) for signing and witnessing.
- The executor(s) would then place the advertisement in a newspaper.
- After 14 days of the publication of the ad, the executor(s) would then submit the application to the
Registrar.
