Probate Check
The Supreme Court is very fussy about the presentation and accuracy of applications for a Grant of Probate. Small inconsistencies very often result in requisitions to include additional clauses and the need for affidavits to be re-sworn.

For only $200.00 independent solicitors will check and amend your forms prior to you submitting the application to the Supreme Court.

Benefits of the Probate Check:
  • Avoid delays in the settlement of the estate as a result of a rejected application;
  • Save time & thousands in legal fees;
  • The price is fixed - no surprises; and
  • Experience - this kit and service has helped thousands of people obtain probate. Testimonials.
This service is provided by independent solicitors and includes:
  • a review of the will and any other supporting documentation;
  • checking or the amendment of all probate application forms on behalf of the executors; and
  • answers to any questions or requisitions from the Supreme Court.
  • Please note: Court filing fees and advertising costs are excluded.
