Enxbrances clause

   Hello, I am selling my property it has a Title Enxbrance, I have a standard contract, In the Enxbrance section of contract the buyers solicitor put "nil" I thought that clause had to do with the selling of the property, [my Title Enxbrance]  not with the end sale of the contract [that there will be no enxbrances sold with the property]. Could someone clear this up for me,please!!! Cheers
